James, at the Front Desk, was Very Nice, Friendly, Funny, Knowledgeable.. The Continental Breakfast was Perfect! Fresh Hot Coffee or Tea, OJ, Hot Oatmeal, or Cold Cereal, Breakfast Bars, or Muffins, Easy for On-The-Go Jimmy Dean Breakfast Sandwiches, or for a Hot Sit-Down Breakfast, Make Your Own Waffles! Flat Screen TV to check out that day's Weather Handicap Parking Directly Outside the Front Door Friendly Check In & Easy Check Out

Breakfast was good for the money. I had a breakfast sandwich (premade) everyday and was happy! Coffee was great! Slept like a baby on comfy and clean bedding. Our dog loved the room. She didn’t want to leave! Staff were great and so was the manager. Location was awesome and near restaurants we walked to. Our floor was very quiet and even though families, dogs, and other travelers were in abundance we slept uninterrupted. For the price we were very happy!

Extremely pleased with this facility. Very friendly staff, very clean in all areas, nice little light breakfast with really good coffee that was available 24/7. Also, bed and side chair comfortable and a/c & heater ran so quietly that I could not tell it was running. Overall, an exceptional deal and a place I will stay whenever in Wilkes-Barre.

Breakfast was satisfactory - met expectations. We stayed at this Days Inn on May 24 as well. The room we had on the first visit was somewhat nicer than the room on May 31, but both were acceptable. My biggest complaint, and probably the only complaint, is that the toilets are rather low. If it had not been located next to the tub, I would have had difficulty getting up.

The lady behind the counter when I arrived, Julian, she was exceptional and so friendly She even fixed my cell phone for me Then the woman that was there at night, I think Maggie. She ordered me a pizza and was so friendly also. They were always smiling.
